Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt , to taste

Directions:

  1. Peel tomatoes and roasted chile. Remove stems and seeds from green chiles.
  2. Grind in a blender or food processor tomatoes, chiles, garlic and onion. Add vinegar and salt to taste.
