Another one I found in the Ruidoso newspaper while on vacation. I have no idea how much it makes as I have not tried it yet.
Ingredients:
2 large fresh tomatoes
6 green chilies
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons vinegar
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Peel tomatoes and roasted chile. Remove stems and seeds from green chiles.
2. Grind in a blender or food processor tomatoes, chiles, garlic and onion. Add vinegar and salt to taste.
