Never Fail Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4-2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat pan until water dances. I usually add one spray of non stick pray for the first pancake but don't add it for any subsequent pancakes so I don't think this is necessary.
  3. Pour batter into pan until it reaches the desired pancake size.
  4. Flip pancake with when you start to see bubbles.
  5. Serve with condiment of your choice.
  6. To freeze I usually just make a batch and toss them into a freezer bag.
