Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp molasses
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325.
  2. Mix oil and sugar in a large bowl; add egg and beat well.
  3. Stir in Molasses.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir into molasses mixture.
  5. Form dough into Tablespoon-sized balls and coat with dipping sugar.
  6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 11 minutes. cookies should flatten and crinkle.
