Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl sift dry ingredients.
  2. In separate bowl combine all other ingredients except nectarines using a whisk.
  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients then allow to rest 2 hours then heat griddle.
  4. In the meantime slice nectarines thinly then spoon pancake mixture onto griddle.
  5. Add sliced nectarines then flip once.
