Ingredients:

  • 1 (19 oz) can yellow hominy
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger,onions,and green pepper in a large pot.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, add tomatoes and hominy and mix well.
  3. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Bake covered at 350F for 40 minutes.
