My Simple Flour Tortillas

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour (extra for dredging)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix. It will be very wet.
  2. Bring cast iron skillet to hot.
  3. Pull a small ball. Dredge. Hand pat flat or run through pasta roller.
  4. Cook on both sides.
  5. Enjoy.
