My Favorite Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (up to 1/2 teaspoon, depending on your tastes)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Stir with a fork or whisk before adding to your stir-fry. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook until sauce begins to thicken.
