Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and margarine till smooth
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well
  3. Add salt, baking powder, flour
  4. Fold in coconuts, raisons (optional), oatmeal
  5. Using a tablespoon; scoop your portions onto a non stick cookie sheets; 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake at 325 for 7 - 10 min. Until you see your bottom edges golden
  7. Let cool for 2 min. before removing from cookie sheets.
