Mussles With Tequila, Garlic and Cilantro

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a very large sauce pan(must be able to hold all of the mussels). Add the garlic and shallots and saute until translucent. Add the next 4 ingredients(not the cilantro) and continue to cook or about 6 minutes(shake the pan once in a while) or until the mussles open. Add the cilantro and shake to combine. Remove any mussels that did not open. Serve.
