Mushrooms Paprikash With Egg Noodles

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until golden.
  2. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook until liquid is mostly evaporated.
  3. Add tomato paste, paprika and salt. Simmer until blended and heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  5. Meanwhile cook pasta until tender. Drain noodles and toss with mushrooms.
  6. Serve hot.
