Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the parsley, thyme, basil and shallots in bowl.
  2. Add vinegar and oil then seasonings.
  3. Clean and quarter mushrooms.
  4. Add dressing to mushrooms and stir gently.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Add Parmesan shavings just before serving.
