Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix buttermilk powder with water and eggs.
  2. Slowly stir in other ingredients. Add extract lastly.
  3. Stir by hand or mixer until all lumps are gone.
  4. Ladle out 1/4 cup at a time onto a lightly greased, medium hot griddle. Turn when bubbles stay on top.
  5. Note: 3 cups of regular buttermilk can be substituted, but eliminate the water.
