Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Load bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Use wheat cycle.
