I found this recipe several years ago in Cooking Light Magazine. I make it weekly. I have subsituted one cup of the flour for wheat flour successfully. This bread makes excellent toast.
Ingredients:
1 cup water, slightly warm
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
Directions:
1. Load bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Use wheat cycle.
