Ingredients:

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle red wine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp whole cloves

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a sauce pan, heat over medium low heat until sugar is melted, and wine is warm. (be careful to never bring it to a boil.).
  2. Strain and serve warm.
