Ingredients:

  • 1 lb finely ground chuck
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp ras el hanout spice mix or 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together, adding salt, pepper and cayenne to your taste.
  2. Shape into patties and chill for an hour or two.
  3. Grill until done to your liking.
