Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup shortening
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 5 medium bananas

Directions:

  1. Mix shortening, sugar, & eggs in mixer.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add bananas & mix well.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
