Blueberry Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Cream butter, then beat in the sugar.
  3. Beat eggs into the sugar mix, one at a time.
  4. Alternately add flour mix and bananas in threes.
  5. Gently stir in blueberries.
  6. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and pour in the batter.
  7. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
