Directions:

  1. Combine first five ingredients, blending till smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon thoroughly.
  3. Fold cinnamon sugar into batter bit by bit.
  4. Pour batter into ungreased tube pan.
  5. Bake at 350*F for one hour or until knife inserted in cake comes out clean.
