Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes in wedges like french fries.
  2. Spread potatoes in 10X13 dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
  3. Mix together sugar, butter, cinnamon and whipping cream.
  4. Spread this mixture over potatoes.
  5. Bake 325 until potatoes are tender (about 45 minutes).
