Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, salt andd sugar together.
  2. Add yokes of eggs, flour, milk and lemon.
  3. Lastly fold in the egg whites that have been beaten till they hold a peak.
  4. Pour into unbaked crust and bake in 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes or until custard thickens in the center.
