  1. In a saucepan bring the pineapple, juice and Jell-O to a boil, set aside and cool well. Add the buttermilk, Cool Whip and fruit and pour into a 13x9 glass baking dish. If desired you can top with additional Cool Whip, we usually do.
  2. Suggestions:.
  3. Lime with pineapple or chopped pears.
  4. Apricot with smashed canned apricots.
  5. Peach with peaches.
  6. Orance with mandarin oranges.
  7. Raspberry with frozen raspberries.
  8. Strawberry with frozen strawberries.
