Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • salt , just a pinch
  • nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Stir in dry ingrdients.
  4. Add cornflakes, oats and coconut.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
  6. Makes about 5-6 doz.
  7. 2 1/2 cookies.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-12 min.
  9. (Until light brown).
