Ingredients:

  • 1, plus 1 tbsp cup shortening
  • pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Blend flour, salt, and shortening with pastry blender(or two knives), until mixture resembles coarse meal; Mix in Ice water,start with 5 tablespoons, until dough is stiff. Divide dough in half; Roll out to 1/4 in thick between two sheets of saran wrap. Bake as directed
