Molasses Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, dough will be thick.
  3. Using your hands, form into small balls (the size of a radish), and roll in sugar.
  4. Place on greased cookie sheet, making sure cookies do not touch each other.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
