Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 4 cups molasses
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 tsp baking soda , dissolved in 3 cups hot water
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp ginger
  • 16 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut in rounds.
  2. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
  3. Cool on wire rack.
