Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar , packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix boiling water and remaining ingredients till well blended.
  2. Pour into an oiled 9x5 loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350* for approximately one hour.or tests done - a few moist crumbs may appear on wooden tester.
