Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • ketchup (to put over top before baking)

Directions:

  1. Break bread into small pieces and soak in milk for five minutes.
  2. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
  3. Shape into loaf and bake at 350° degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
