Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter. Mix next 5 ingredients well and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
  3. Meanwhile, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Add peanut butter and peanuts.
  4. Spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate until firm and then cut into squares.
