Miso Marinated Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 g miso paste
  • 1/2 tbsp mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken in a bowl with miso, mirin, rice wine and soya sauce. Leave in fridge for a day.
  2. In a pan, heat up the olive oil and pan fry the chicken breast. Cook one side for approximately 8 minutes, or till it becomes brown, then flip over and cook the other side.
