Ingredients:

  • 116 g cabbage
  • 300 g tofu
  • 32 g kelp
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 500 g water

Directions:

  1. Boil water, put miso paste in and stir.
  2. Put everything in except the tomato and carrot and wait for water to boil again.
