Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine dressing and bananas in large bowl. Mix flour, sugar and baking soda. Add to dressing mixture; stir just until moistened; batter will be a little lumpy.
  3. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
  5. MAKE IT EASY: For easier slicing, wrap bread and store it overnight before slicing to serve.
