Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. This tea is best made a day or so ahead of time.
  2. Place tea bags and fresh mint sprigs in container in which you are going to steep tea.
  3. Boil 8 cups of water and pour over the tea bags and the mint.
  4. Let tea bags and mint steep as long as you can - I try to leave them in for a couple of hours.
  5. Remove tea bags and mint from container, squeezing tea bags to get all remaining tea from them.
  6. Add pineapple juice, defrosted juice concentrates and water; refrigerate.
