Mint Rose Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp peppermint
  • 1 tsp spearmint
  • 1 tsp rose petal

Directions:

  1. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later.
  2. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Note: If you don't have peppermint and spearmint on hand, you can substitute any type of mint, or just use one type if that's all you have.
