  1. In large bowl, combine biscuit mix and sharp cheddar cheese. Beat eggs and milk;stir into cheese mixture just until moistened. Pour into 4 greased and floured 53/4x3x2 loaf pans.
  2. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 mins or till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins. Remove from pans;slice and serve warm.
