Milk Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Line 8x8in baking dish with foil.
  2. In heavy saucepan, combine sugar,milk, butter and salt.
  3. Bring to a full boil, stirring.
  4. Continue to boil,stirring for 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in marshmallows,choc chips, nuts, and vanilla.
  7. Stir hard until all is smooth.
  8. Pour into pan.
  9. Refrigerate until firm.
