Microwave Shrimp in Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Microwave butter 30 to 45 seconds on high until melted.
  2. Add garlic powder and parsley flakes.
  3. Separate shrimp: Place in a glass pie dish.
  4. Pour butter mixture over shrimp. Cover tightly with plastic.
  5. Microwave 5 to 8 minutes, until shrimp are opaque. Stir every 2 minutes.
  6. Let stand covered 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice or pasta.
