Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°.
  2. In a big bowl, combine the shrimp, onions, and garlic and toss well.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until the shrimp are well coated.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a large, shallow roasting pan and bake about 20 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, turning them over once or twice.
  5. Transfer the shrimp to a large platter and serve piping hot.
