Ingredients:

  • 2 cup salsa
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 6 slices of monterery jack cheese
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans ( 15 oz) vegetarian chili with beans
  • 1 cup ( 4oz) shredded monterery jack cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla's

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in greased 13x9 baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with onion
  3. Combine salsa and butter
  4. Pour over onion and potatoes
  5. Top with sliced cheeses
  6. Spread chili over top of cheese,onion and potatoes
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese's over top
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
  9. Sprinkle with chips before serving
