Ingredients:

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Chop tomatoes, onions, and cilantro mix in bowl.
  2. Squeeze limes over mixture.
  3. Add sea salt.
  4. Sample mixture.
  5. Here is where you add more salt or limes to suit your tastes.
  6. Chop hot peppers and mix.
  7. We usually don't do this step because we like the fresh taste not a hot taste.
  8. Serve with salsa chips.
