  1. 1. Shred cabbage, grate carrot, chop jalapeno (deseeded), onions and cilantro.
  2. 2. Add juice of 3 limes and cayenne pepper.
  3. 3. Stir well and refrigerate. Best serve after chilled for at least a few hours.
