Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a 11 x 7 baking dish (2 quart) melt butter in oven as you are preparing ingredients. Tilt butter to cover pan.
  3. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
  4. In a large bowl combine biscuits with salsa.
  5. Spread evenly into baking dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
  7. Sprinkle onions on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into squares. May serve with extra salsa if desired.
