Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat beans over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir in cream until mixture is creamy, but not too runny or too thick.
  3. Add garlic powder and salsa.
  4. Mix well and stir in mozzarella cheese.
  5. Let simmer over low for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Pour into a bowl, top with cheddar and tomatoes.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips or make full-blown nachos!!!
