Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring chicken stock to boil.
  2. Add leeks, potatoes, carrots and celery.
  3. Simmer 30-45 minutes until veggies are soft.
  4. Add seasonings and simmer another 30 minutes.
  5. Puree in batches in blender.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
