Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Combine flour and cornstarch, then add to butter/sugar mixture.
  3. Add almond extract.
  4. The key to this recipe is to mix uuntil fluffy.
  5. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
