Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • confectioners' sugar (to roll cookies in)

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar,and flavorings until light and fluffy.
  2. Add flour.
  3. Mix on LOW until blended.
  4. Drop by teaspoons on UNGREASED cookie sheet, 2 apart.
  5. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
  6. Let cool 2 minutes.
  7. Roll in sugar.
  8. When cool, roll again.
