Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Combine bananas, milk and vanilla.
  5. Mix flour soda and salt.
  6. Blend in flour mixture alternately with bananas.
  7. Turn into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  8. If using two 5'7 loaf pans (i usually do) bake for 55 minutes.
