Ingredients:

  • 2 -4 lbs tri-tip steak
  • 1 (14 oz) bottle italian dressing , the oily kind
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle barbecue sauce , of your choice

Directions:

  1. Poke holes in the tri-tip with a fork and place in a ziplock bag. Add the Italian Dressing and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  2. Bar-b-cue tri-tip to desired doneness adding Barbecue sauce towards end of grilling time.
