Directions:

  1. Marinate sliced pork with soy sauce, ground white pepper and corn starch. Set aside. Heat oil in wok and fry garlic till fragrant, add sliced pork and stir fry till pork turn whitish. Add water, mashed bullion chicken stock and bring to boil. Add fish balls, lettuce and mein sin. Cook till mein sin is slightly limp and turn color. Add sesame oil and serve hot.
